I have oberserved when my husband drives himself to work he tends to stay over after midnight, Yet When I keep the vehicle he wants me to pick him up well before midnight, He works for a computor company Help Desk position. He e-mails me through out his day when I'm here at home but I have notice that when he does not e-mail me I'm left to assume he's not @ work. Should I be ALARMED?

NO, maybe when you have the car he's wanting to be considerate of you and not make you get out later at night. But if he's got the car, then it's ok for him to work later, does that make any sense? I wouldn't put any stock in the emailing either, maybe he can email you when he's slow, but the times he doesn't maybe it's busier than normal, or someone's not there who should be. Don't go looking for the worst in every situation!
BTW, your marriage isn't going to be worth a hill of beans if you go looking for problems in it, and can't trust your husband. Don't see the worst in your husband, look for the best in him, and he'll come through.

No, you sound like a paranoid b*tch who is only looking for a reason to leave him or have a step-up on him. He probably is cheating on you if you act in real life as you do on this site. why don't you pick him up after midnight --- if he objects - then tell him he needs to drive himself home before midnight when he has the car ---
you two need to work on the trust issues(marriage counseling) --- and if you don't work - get a part time job so you aren't obsessing over whether or not he emails you

Yes, you should be alarmed. I know of no positions for computer companiws that work will past midnight.

I would those are classic inconsistencies. Email him and ask why he didn't answer. Get a ride from a friend and see if the car is at work when he drives and when he leaves.
