Soap and water and a small SOFT brush should work on the gold. Baking soda works OK on Silver, but I would suggest that you wait and get a silver cleaning cloth. I takes a little elbow grease but it's better for the jewelry. Never use liquid jewelry cleaner on any jewelry that has sets, though. The should only be cleaned with a mild detergent. Put gold in a soapy solution and let it set overnight, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
