I'm dying to lay this awesome band name on someone's band, punk rock of course. I'm old school punk, and I don't believe there has ever been a greater punk album than the Sex Pistol's, "Never Mind the Bollocks". Anyway, my suggestion for a punk band name is: "Attitude Skanks". Just think about it. Eagle.

The Red Scare
You get in a nice historical reference to anarchy there, and anarchy is as punk as you can get.
And, hey, they've already got the Exploited and the Used, so taking a tip from Don't Exploit Me by the Adicts ((Don't exploit me)/Please don't use me/(Don't exploit me)/Please don't abuse me), how about:
The Abused.
I don't think there's such a band yet, but I could be wrong.
It all depends. If you want something a little more political, I'd go with something historical, like I said, the Red Scare- (taking a tip from the Dead Kennedys and Agent Orange). If not, just a "the" and then whatever you think you ARE after it.
