If I've been playing games on the computer before going to bed, then I end of playing games in my dreams and it just wears me out. Also, what makes me dream of people that I haven't seen in years?
My dreams are all in full color. I've been told this is rare???

hi there, it is not because of your dreaming that you are tired in the morning, because when you dream your body is at its most relaxed state, your brain secretes a nerve paralyzer that prohibits you from acting out your dreams!!! that is why i say you cant be tired from the dreaming!!!

2. the fact that you say you play pc games before you go to sleep can hav a big effect on you before you go to sleep just as movies do!!! the reason for this is you concentrate very hard when you play games or watch movies, inorder to either win the game or concentrate on the movie, now because of this your brain stays active even when you go to sleep, so you keep on dreaming about playing you games, because your brain is still in that hitened state of alertness and activeness!!! my suggestion is either play less intense games or just watch a normal tv series before yuo go to bed and this should help you improve your sleeping and dreaming paterns soon, and you wont feel so drained the next morning!!!

conserning you dreaming about old friends, this mite be brought on by the games, you mite have played these games with your friends in a earlier stage of your live, or just playing games reminds you of them!!!

dreaming in colour is not a rare thing on the contrary i hav rarely hear of people that only dream in mono colour!!! so dont worry about that!!

if you disagree with what i have said or this works for you let me know!!!

Dreaming doesn't make you tired. It's the part of sleep that refreshes you. I think there's some other problem here. Do you wake up during a dream and stay awake for a long time? That might be an answer. Or maybe you're not getting enough sleep.

There can be different reasons why you dream about people you haven't seen for years. If you miss someone, you might create a dream scenario where you interact with that person. Or maybe that person symbolizes for you something that you're dealing with in your present experience.

Full color dreams aren't rare.

Mine are always in full color too so guess i have the rare thing too. As far as i know, there is not a way that you can just get rid of dreams. The best thing i can tell you is to just not play games on the computer right before bed.

I have the same thing, if I listen to certain songs all day, I dream them and wake up exhausted from hearing them in my head all day; or if I play a video game for a few hours before bed I end up dreaming I'm playing the game and it feels tiring. Even in those little periods when I fall asleep between pressing snooze, it just repeats and repeats. The only thing that helps is NOT playing video games before bed! Stay away from a monitor for a few hours before bed; tidy your room, take a bath, talk to your family, etc. Just do what one person already said - live some life outside the monitor. Guarranteed to help.

I've never heard anything so strange in all my life. Dreams make you TIRED? Yikes! Run for the hills.
Have some sense. Stop playing video games before you go to sleep - at least and hour before.
Color dreams are common.

I think the answer to game dreams is to allow an hour or two to relax before bed, and unwind.

Dreaming in colour, rare? I do not know...I do too. And yes, at times I have a restless night with "dream invasion". It is often due to unresolved issues/feeling I have. Or, it is a mystery!

We do dream in color even if we are told that we can't. My wife doesn't like to dream either, she says that it makes her more tired. As for seeing people that we haven't seen in years, I guess you mind is just going over your distant memories for a little refreshing.

No its no longer uncommon and that i think of each and every time I awaken feeling annoyed from a dream its a sturdy element cuz I ought to stand some thing in a protracted time that day undesirable, and that i'm waiting to maintain my cool! despite if i exchange into way too into my objectives and that i've got not had one i will keep in mind besides for like a protracted time so a minimum of you dream you keep in mind even on the subject of the colors you spot this is undesirable ***!

Think of who that person was to you. I dreamt recently about a daycare teacher I had years and years ago when I was in 2nd grade. I wasn't even close to her and I didn't like her much. But she represented someone who did kind things, no matter how grudgingly, and she meant them from the bottom of her heart.

As for not dreaming, before falling asleep, focus all your thoughts on the phrase "I do not want to remember my dreams tonight." say it over and over in your head until you fall asleep. train your mind.
