I'm gonna go ahead and say no. You sit down and boom you go. I wouldn't even understand how it would be easier. Also every time you hugged someone you would be rubbing those parts together oh boy that's just a mess.

EASIER????? No buddy it would be hell worser. Jus imagine yourself lying down on the toilet floor face down for pooping. Also if done standing the body below waistline would be messy n gross. ugh yucky.......

While the going to the bathroom part would be harder, my thing is what if you had an accident, then you would be walking with it for all to see in front of you. Plus I doubt that anyone would want to go "there" anymore.
