i know what ur going through. 60 days ago i was walking from buying a pack of smokes.i was on the street my parents live on. it had just gotten dark. a car stopped just to the left & slightly behind me. before i could do anything [not that i could]a guy jumps out of the back w/ apistol & put it to my face & said give me all ur money. its not the 1st. time a projectile weapon was pointed at me. at 1st. i did nothing or said nothing. he repeated again.then my brain started working in high gear. i refused , told him to shoot me.the guy was my hieght but the nickel plated pistol made him look alot bigger.he then he hit me w/ the pistol. w/blood running down my face i remember yelling at hit to shoot me. told him he did not have the balls to do it. this was repeated for a few seconds longer then ran to the car jumped in & they took off. don't let them win! don't ever run either. tell some one connected with the cops & start learning to use& carry some kind of weapon. no pistol. no knife. can u make a black jack. they can only kill u once!

i know how you feel i got mugged once as well, i was held at gun point!!! they guy told me that today is the day i die!! needless to say that this realy scared me, i think nayone would be if they would to say that to you!!!

the best thing to do is to go file a report at the polic station, and give as much information as you can!!

considering you being to afraid to leave your apartment:
1. if you keep being to afraid to leave your apt you will neva get over your fear and indericetly damage yourself, because in doing that you will be isloating yourself from everyone and everything, there has been said that the best cure is to face your fear, now im not saying go look for trouble im saying dont let your fear control you!!!
2. avoid situations where you mite be an ideal target for criminals such as walking on your own at nite, or taking alley ways etc,

i was also scared to go out again, but then i realised you know if im gona saty here the whole time to afraid to go anywhwere im neva gona accompish something, i now just avoid like i said situations where i can become a target!!! in laymans terms best way to concor fear is to face it head on!!!!!
