On the Barbeque!!!! YUM YUM YUM!!!
If they're considered a 'tougher' cut of meat, like round, cross cut, or blade, then take a half cup of soya sauce, 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable/peanut/canola oil, and 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix it together well and pour it onto a tray or plate big enough to hold the steaks. If you have a few steaks or if they're large, then double the mix.
Poke the steaks well with a fork or tenderize them with a meat hammer for a few minutes and put the steaks in the mixture.
Marinate thm for at least 30-45 minutes per side.
Then bar-b-que them to however well done you like your steaks. Season them with steak spice or another spice of your choice while cooking.(optional)
I guarantee that this marinade not only tenderizes, but gives the meat an absolutely delicious flavour.
Enjoy!!

I usually have it cooked on the grill with corn on the cob and baked potatoes also cooked on the grill. I like mine well done.
During the winter I cook mine in a pan on the stove (also well done) with red, orange, yellow, and green peppers; mushrooms; onions; and garlic. Served with some pasta
