You can do that in following ways:
1. If you have a cable provided by your phone manufacturer, use it.
2. If your phone has Blue tooth enabled, then using blue tooth you can transfer it to bluetooth enabled PC.
3. Infrared option can also be used as shown in #2.
4. Buy a card reader, attach it to your PC, and you can transfer files in both directions.
