Joyce Meyer's pretty cool. I don't have a problem with God or Christianity, but most Christian churches have a bunch of garbage mixed up in them that I don't agree with. She's an evangelist and isn't connected to any particular church or denomination, so she isn't caught up in politics and traditional junk like a lot of churches. So she's not as, well, "religious" as many church leaders. If you like her and you feel she's right, then keep watching--it's better to doubt God than to say outright that there is no God and no matter what evidence you find, you won't believe in anything spiritual. That's just being pig-headed. Take the good you find in her show or anything else you see or read and decide to let the bad go or better yet, react against it. Religion isn't just about a deity--it can also give you important lessons about being a better person and being happier and more secure in your life. So I guess I'm saying, find something that resonates with you and get into it--find out more and see how you feel.

I have watched Joyce Meyer, and I am still not convinced. I am an atheist. I am not a satanist or heathen or ax-murderer. I have raised 4 great kids, who are all atheists.
If watching TV can make you believe in a god, then please don't watch "Dog, the Bounty Hunter" or "I Dream of Jeanie."
If you are that suggestible and lost, then you could become a criminal, or a big-haired biker chick or a genie!
It frightens me that people who have lived in the US all their lives and can barely spell, can barely put a coherent thought in an e-mail, are tackling such tough questions as, "Is there a god?" and "Why do bad things happen to innocent people?"
You are way too gullible. You are ripe for the picking for any hare-brained idea from any slick, well-dressed, chowderhead who promises you paradise if you just buy a particular napkin that was spit on by a guy who used to sell bibles in Cleveland--only $89.95--Today only! Don't fall for it.
My advice? Learn to read, speak and write English well and then READ a LOT! Read about all religions, and about no religion.
Ask a lot of questions, THINK, pray, shout, dance! Go to every kind of church, temple, class or clinic you can go to.
This is THE question of your life. It generally determines how you think about everything else. Take time and care and love of your own life to answer it for yourself.
Don't let me or anyone else decide for you what you believe in.
Personally, I think people who know someone is watching them all the time are paranoid. People who hear voices-bi-polar or delusional.
If thinking for yourself is too much trouble, Joyce will be glad to do your thinking for you. She needs a new mansion, anyway.
Good luck

I think highly of Joyce Meyer. Also Billy Graham. Those 2 are really great. That feeling you have is from God. He is knocking on the door of your heart, asking if He can come in and be in your life, and save your soul. God is love, and God is real. I think you already know this deep inside. There are 2 great forces in the world. Good and Evil. God and satan. The Bible says we all must choose one of those. I choose God. Do you? Accept Him into your heart, believe in Him, and commit your life to living for Him. Get a Bible in a translation that is easy to understand and start reading in the New Testament part so you can grow and strengthen your faith. Your eternity depends on it. Pray to Him just as you would talk to someone and ask for forgiveness for your sins, and tell Him you accept Him into your heart. Congratulations on finding His love.

Well I think you are on the right path if you believe. Think about life and how everything has a need to exist it wasn't by chance that trees need carbon monoxide to live and give off oxygen just as we give off carbon monoxide and need air to live, everything is in a harmonious balance in life. There are over 3000 chemicals in your brain that help you do the things you do. You eat vegetables and fruit that your body needs that wasn't a mistake everything was created for us to exist forget that big bang theory it is getting whiplashing these days people are a lot smarter these days with technology and all.

We were suppose to be on paradise earth in the beginning with the Lord but after Adam and Eve sinned that was it we are now waiting for a fresh start and thanks to Jesus we can have everlasting life again after he was crucified on the cross for the remission of all our sins. Find someone to explain the Bible to you but make sure they are fully believing in the bible and find it inerrant there is no sitting on the fence either they believe the bible is the word of God or they don't. GOD BLESS YOU as you start your new journey!!!!!!!!!

some years i exchange into an Atheist. I hated God and had a real chip on my shoulder. i exchange into then informed via an rather good counselor that to hate some thing you may have faith in it. I do have faith in God, yet I have no use for prepared faith (apart from my cousin Tom, he's a Catholic Priest, and he's an rather cool, non-judgmental guy) i eventually customary that there could be some thing accessible working issues. look, i'm no saint, and that i could have been lifeless many cases over. i can't have faith that's all a twist of fate. some thing - or somebody is working issues, and doing a miles extra proper activity than I ever ought to

I know God exists and he cares about you and me. He has done awesome things in my life since I was a little girl. Ask him to show you that He is real and keep watching Joyce Meyers. He sees you everyday and has been waiting for you to look to him. If you want to find out more about him get a Bible. A real cool version of the Bible that is easy to understand is called The Message. I have an extra one if you want me to mail it to you.

Well my opinion probably doesn't mount to a pinch of snot but since you asked.... It bothers me to see anyone that has a religious show wear such materialistic clothing, jewelry etc... is it a fashion statement? Would Jesus really care what was worn to church? She might have some good points but I find she would do well on a soap opera as well. Amazing what an audience will do eh? You don't have to believe or follow what anyone else says or follows...it's what makes YOU feel good in your heart and mind that matters. If she is your choice of biblical lit, then so be it. You shouldn't have to ask no one their opinion because that tells me that you could easily be brainwashed into following not your heart but someone elses opinion. :)

If you are having any questions about what you believe in I would suggest getting a bible and just start reading it. You will learn soo much about God and what God has done and what he has to offer you! Once you start to learn, then begin to pray to God, talk to him and give him thanks for the things he's done for you. You watched that show for a reason... maybe the best reason of all! God Bless you as you start your journey in Christ

Hi there, am writing to you from the middle east and would like to assure you that, yes God exists and he cares about each one of us.

I was talking with a friend (who is pregenant) about how miraculously the womb is designed and all the intericate stories we have heard and seen through documentaries. Did you know that the breast milk changes everyday to suit the baby's changing needs (e.g. ages?). Did you know that first few drops are designed to build the immune system of the baby?

The middle east itself is one testimony that the Lord Jesus came to save you and me. Once you come to know him, you will understand why Ms. Myer is so fond of him. I am!

Many blessings.
