first of all, relax. then keep trying.
and if, after a year, you can't get it, fertility tests are made for this.

Try during the time your ovulating...two weeks after the first day of your last period is when your more likely to get pregnant. Like if you start on the first of the month, you would try between the 12-14. Good luck child! Hope this helped.

That happened to me, my hubby and I tried for 2 years. We took in a severely hanicapped, medically fragile little girl as a foster child and WHAMMO, 2 months later I was pregnant. The doctor told me that taking care of the foster child had triggered my maternal instinct and boosted my hormones. Try being around babies and little kids. Spend time with friends who have kids. Good luck.

I HAD A COUPLE OF FRIENDS TRY FOR A YEAR, AND I HAD ANOTHER FRIEND TRY FOR 4 YEARS, YOU CAN GET ONE OF THOSE CALENDERS TO FIGURE OUT WHEN YOUR FERTILE THAT MIGHT HELP. 18 IS KINDA YOUNG THOUGH MAYBE ITS NOT MEANT TO BE YET, YOU'D BE GIVING UP A LOT OF YOUR YOUTH WHEN YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME FOR RAISING CHILDREN.

don't rush it, or try too hard. It's when you least expect to happen, that it finally does.
