He should never own an animal again and he should go to jail and face fines to the max.

He should be banned from owning pets for life. If it was on a public road he should also lose his driver's liscense for a long while because it could really ruin your day seeing a 110-pound animal coming at the front of your car.
The thing that really gets me is that it is too bad the dog can't return the favor. Or let me throw his a** out of a moving car.

My sister has a dog that she found by a busy road, probably same thing happened to her. Frankie is so sweet and very gentle - I cannot imagine the monster that threw her out of a moving car, they were never caught, either.
That guy should do some hard time, too bad you he's not in Maricopa County here in Arizona, because Sheriff Joe would like to put him in his Tent City Jail.

He should be jailed until the dog recovers and then should not be allowed to own any pet unless he promises not to touch a drop of liquor. He either throws all the liquor through his window or let his dream of owning another dog or any other pet "go out the window."

I think he should be trialed as if he had comitted the offence to a human.. Poor doggy!! I think it is even more malicious than attacking a Human, atleast the human would have had an idea what was happening and would have maybe had the chance to fight back.. This puppy probably trusted his owner and would have had no idea of what was happening to him.. this person should never be allowed near animals again, and his mental health should be tested also.

He should never have a pet again and I think a fine and 6 months community service at an animal shelter with supervision.

OMG they should go to jail for a LONG time, and not be able to own pets EVER!!!

How about strip the man down naked, roll him in jelly, throw him in a pit, and pour mosquitos, ants, mites, and thousands of other insects over him for 1000 days.
Then pull him out and begin the good stuff.

An eye for an eye: throw his drunk stupid butt out the window and see how he enjoys it. I bet reality hits him pretty hard after that. In fact, throw him out the window of the highest apartment. I bet that would sober him up really quick

i think he should have to go to jail for at least 5 years and should never be allowed to have another pet AGAIN i hope that guy dies and burns in hell
