80-90 (below average)
90-110 (average intelligence)
111-121 (above average)
122-130 (highly intelligent)
131-141 (gifted)
142+ (genius - top 1%)

Sounds like you are a smart cookie!

I wouldn't take those tests too serious. I have certain talents (IQ 137), but lack others. A high result may not mean anything until you make proper use of your talents. "proper use" may be one of the talents i am lacking.

First of all any IQ test over the internet is not reliable, or very accurate. An IQ of 118 would be above average,
100-110 low average
110-120 average
120-130 high average
130-? genius only 2.2% of population

IQ Range Classification

140 and over - Genius or near genius
120-140 - Very superior intelligence
110-120 - Superior intelligence

100 is average, so you are above average according to that test. But IQ tests only measure one kind of intelligence, so you might be absolutely brilliant in some other way that isn't measured by an online test. Check out the Howard Gardener's theory of multiple intelligences to be truly inspired.

I don't know whether or not, if you should 'trust' an online IQ Test for an accurate assessment of you IQ. Their 'numbers' may be based on a different level, than what is used in clinical and private testing.

"Oversmart", no, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
Contact your local school and or university for more information.
Compare the two...Best for the future!

The 'normal' average I.Q. is 90 to 110 so you are a bit above average. The average college student is 115.
Remember it's not the I.Q. that matters but what you do with it.

normal, depending on how old you ae, and what test you took. 100 is the dividing line between low normal and slow

these tests are very subjective and I wouldn't trust any rating they give you.

Little over average. But after hearing that you're probably closer to 73. (Mentally retarded)
