Is it worth all the trouble and money spent on lawyers to get revenge on your wife for leaving you? Could you not try making up with her (rekindle the love) or just move on with your life, using the last three years as a lesson learned?
Dude, maybe the marriage is just over. I am sorry to be so blunt, but maybe your wife did love you at one time and did enter the marriage in good faith... but now she feels differently. You would try to get her deported (punish her) just because she no longer loves you? Kind of petty...
But then again, maybe your wife did use you to get into your country and is now divorcing you because she can stay in your country legally without you. Did it ever enter you mind that this could be the reason why she wanted to be with you three years ago when you married her? You not some 60 year old man who met some beautiful 18 year old girl from an economically depressed country over the internet, chatted, fell in love and brought her over, are you? No matter...
Moving on to answer your question... You might be able to get the family member deported if you call immigration since they are working without a work permit. I do not know about your wife.
