i asked this question a couple days ago but i didnt get many responses so please help me out,i wanted to get back in contact with a guy i use to go to school with so i called his mom and lef my info with her and she said when she hears from him she will give him the msg.its been a week now should i give up hope that he will call me?

No don't give up .. Could be his mom hasn't heard from him yet or she forgot to tell him ??

If the mother is a fairly close distance away, I would drive to her house and talk to her in person. I would wait longer than week before I went to all the trouble. If you have enough personal info, you may be able to find his number or address on www.whitepages.com. You could also try websites such as www.classmates.com to try and find your friend's email account.

Did she give you any clue how often they are in contact? If he is in a relationship? If she really wanted to pass on the message. Did she tell you where he is or what he is doing? I would try to contact him directly if you have enough information to look him up.

Try asking other people that use to go to your school if they have his email address or something, you dont want to leave too many messages with his mother...

i would try again and then if he doesnt get in touch with you then maybe you should try to find him on your own without the mom. hope you have good luck with that
