Knowing about blood bourne pathogens and how to dispose of waste. Mostly safety issues but maybe some stuff like interventions and restraints.

always wear shoes that fit you and are made for walking, always lift putting the pressure on your legs, and keep them bent slightly, if you have to move something heavy ,always point your toes in the direction you are moving do not twist, with the upper part of your body in one position and the lower part of your body in another,if you can hold in lower stomach muscles to streighten them, and you want have as many back problems , if you or siting at a desk alot do the butt crunch.
