Don't jump. Walk slowly. Never get in a flying machine.
OR, get over your fear and don't let it hold you back. If it is a serious fear, you really can't do anything about it. But if it is just a fear you face, come to grips with why it scares you. Try things like riding a ski lift, or be in an airplane and focus positively on there being nothing to be afraid of.

Go to a somewhat high place and stay there until your comfortable. Next time go to a place that is slightly higher. Keep doing it until you get to something very high up. Sooner or later you'll be comfortable at any height.

do push ups and sit-ups and get more physically active. also, walking across a 8x8 beam on the ground a few times each day will help too then you might want to start with a 4x4.

is there any reason why you want to be around heights looking down.
I have that problem too, I just stay away from edges, and I am fine with that.
