Can I use a Metro PCS phone on a Verizon network?

I want to switch it over and I was told by a CSR that as long as it was GPS capitable and that it was a cdma phone then I could. I just want to make sure. If someone knows, please help.

No you can't. Verizon will not allow you to activate a metro phone.

Ditch the Ghetro network and switch to Verizon or T-Mobile.
