The night before:
1. Prepare all of your clothes you want to wear the next day.
2. Pack any bags or briefcases and put them in one spot, where you know for sure you won't forget them. Maybe right outside your room or even in the car.
3. Prepare all your toiletries (deodorant, hairdryer, hairspray, etc...) in one spot in the bathroom. So you everything you need to get ready is in one spot.
4. If you plan to take a lunch, prepare it tonight.
5. Make sure you have enough money, in case you may need it, especially if you decide to buy lunch instead.
6. AlarmS: This may sound funny, but I sometimes set 2 or 3 alarms placed in different areas, where I would have to get out of my bed to turn them off. Set these alarms at different times, starting 2 hours ahead (add travel time if necessary), just in case. If you only have 1 alarm, place it far from you, so it'll force you to get out of bed.
7. When you wake up and get out of bed, take a deep breath and stretch. It helps get the blood flowing and circulation going.
8. If you plan to eat breakfast, plan out what you are going to eat the night before.
9. Best tip, write a list of all of the above and anything else you need to do before heading out the door. If you're not a morning person like me, you're bound to forget something. Attach this list to a real obvious place...attach it to your body somehow, if you need to.
Good luck at your new job!

I would start by preparing at night, getting your clothes out an pressed, under clothes, shoes, and lay them all up under each other. Then decide what your going to do with your hair and have it in mind if you can't pre do it and wrap it up. Getting up to the time you set back will put u in the mind that you need to rush but everythings ready so all u would have to do is put on your clothes after taking a shower at night and washing off in the morning or taking a quick shower in the morning and heading straight out. Now you have a little time on your hands that allows you to stop and get breakfast to fully awake before u go to work or just get there ahead of time which will make a great impression to your boss and could call for great recognition. Try it, i guarentee you'll be glad u made it there on time with everything in place.

make a list of every little thing you need to get ready for work (paper work, cell phone, directions to work, important names and where to go once you get there, etc) and/or make a specific schedule (6am-eat breakfast,6:15-get dressed,6:25-do hair/makeup,etc) leave atleast an extra 15 minutes so if something catastrophic happens hopefully you will have time to deal with it but other wise use your left over time to take deep breathes and relax.think of it as your reward time for sticking to the schedule and plan something special for that time like maybe a cup of your favorite coffee/tea-anything that will motivate you. play good music throughout the morning.also account for worst case scenario traffic and become familiar with your route so you dont get lost!
planning your outfit ahead of time can help destressify too. if possible were something new or something that you really like and feel confident in. and dont hit the snooze button even though it feels great to sleep just another 10 minutes it will be that much more difficult to get ready and the first step out of bed is the hardest, its all downhill from there! good luck and let us know how it goes.

Yeah, what older_woman said... Go to bed early.... about now.
Yes, your body's clock is set a little later, but it can be overcome. Set up a schedule, and your body will begin to shift its' clock.
You need to be to work at 7:30... How long does it take to get to work (commute time)? How long does it usually take to get ready in the morning- shower, hair, makeup, dressing, breakfast (DON'T forget breakfast!), etc.
Add those to times together to figure out when you should be getting up... Example- It takes my husband about 20 minutes to get to work, 30 min to get ready... so he gets up about an hour before work.
Then plan ahead and give yourself 9-10 hours of sleep-time. Say it takes you an hour for your morning stuff, 20 minutes travel time... Set your alarm for 6am, and be sure to go to bed by 9pm.
Go to bed and get up at the same times EVERY day, even on weekends, when possible. Your body will quickly get the idea...

That is a lame excuse. Go to bed early, set your electric or windup alarm clock to go off at 6 tomorrow morning. Get out of bed as soon as it goes off and get busy.
