I worry she may try to jeopardize this job. I still love my friend and would like to share the good news, but maybe I should wait until after I have been on the job for a while. I would love to hear any advice.

no..bcuz there is no way that she can be happy for you. she is too miserable. she is not a friend to you. that friendship is one sided. you need to distance yourself from her until she can get it together.
