Lately I've been having trouble getting to sleep. It can take me anywhere between 45 mins to an hour and a half to fall asleep. Next week I start a job that will rquire me to get up at 4am. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can fall asleep easier?

Do you drink any coffee, soda, or anything with caffeine in it? It takes your body up to 20 hours to completely get rid of caffeine. You might want to experiment with not drinking any for few days and see if it changes anything.

I found, if I drink any more than a mug full in the morning, it has some effect in my sleep. Your reaction may be different.

Not having enough sleep is no fun.
You might need to drink some hot
milk in the evening, or a nice hot
bath, reading, how about meditation?
Try not having anything about 3 hours
before you go to bed.
Stick to going to bed at the same time
every night, this way your routine will
not be to disruptive. Good luck on
getting those zeees.

I used to have one of those jobs. Bedtime was between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. Stick to that bedtime and it will be a little easier for you to get up at that time.

Warm sweet milk always work for me....It doesn't get any better than that..I'd like to have it with some chocolate cookies too..Damn it feels good...Good luck lucky.

If good food and exercise don't work for you, then you might want to hire someone to come over at maybe seven or eight and knock you out.........
