How old you feel is a relative as how old you are.
I'll be turning 29 for the 4th time next May and it could not be any better. I've been one of the few who has enjoyed getting older and embracing every year as it comes. With all the new changes, ideas, and wisdom, life just seems to get better with each year!
Do not confuse wisdom and knowledge with 'feeling old'. The way I see 'feeling old' is when your body physically starts to break down, your mind starts wandering and forgetting, and your heart is heavy for many things. If you still have your mental, physical, and spiritual health, then embrace wisdom!
Life is too beautiful to dwell on something so trivial as the number of years you have already spent. Life is to grand to count the imaginary number of years you have left. Life is so sensual that if you forget the moment, just for a moment, you just might miss what life feels like.

I'm 65 and I don't feel or act old.
You shouldn't worry about how others perceive you. Teens might think 29 is old. I think 29 is pretty young.
Incidentally, when I was 29 I was in the Air Force and spent a year in Vietnam. I was very glad to see 30.

I consider 40 old. And if you still get carded for cigs at 29, then you must look young. Cause i'm 16 and they don't even ask lmao.

Maybe if you are twelve years old and dumb. But I am 26 and there is no way 29 is old!
If you are feeling old mentally maybe you are feeling stressed out in your life. Maybe find some things that you can do that have no purpose except for your enjoyment, like drawing or dancing or something.

I am going to be 39 next week and still get carded too.
I only feel old when the teenagers at work ask things like "Who is Huey Lewis and the News?"
I feel old physically some times, but not mentally at all.

No 29 isn't old, it is ancient. I am just kidding, you are crazy if you think 29 is old, especially if you look around 20.

Well depends on who you ask. I'm 31, and though i dont look older than 23(most say) i feel really old. But it because my values and lifestyle are centered on those really old school ideas. I'm not a drinker/smoker/ havent had sex. I'm pretty conservative. Plus i've lived through a bunch of garbage. So i feel old but dont look it. But people older than me always say "your so young". Just enjoy the year your in. There always something to appreciate in life.

At 58, 29 sounds awfully young. Good luck.

I'm 36, do not feel 'old', but the psychological hurdle of turning 30 did suck for a couple weeks. Now? -- no biggie. I'm closer to 40 than 30 now, after all... yeow.
