Anger is an emotional resonse which involves loss of self-control. You have the choice to respond or not to respond. Do you realize that when you let someone get you so angry you respond with agression, that they are exerting power and control over you. Remember that and don't let them have control.

When I'm angry at a person, I just say my piece (if possible) and then I feel better. The anger's gone and I can move on. If I'm angry at a situation that can't be controlled, I take deep breaths and think of all the wonderful blessings I have in life and I can relax. It's okay to be angry, but holding onto anger is not good for one's health.

An important question.
I found sound advise about controlling anger at a young age. I rarely used those good techniques until I aged.
Thank goodness I still learn.
With time, anger has become less of a burden.
Anger was a target, in my youth, and I have thrown my heart upon it to reach my home.

to control any emotion is pointless.

anger is just a feeling.... if you are finding yourself in lots of problems because of anger it is because the anger is controlling you. Accept anger is just a feeling and it is your feeling. You are the boss of your feelings. No one makes you feel anything. If you are angry it is because you choose anger as an emotional response. Don't let your emotions control you.
