Traditionally, nothing but the sheets.
But in recent years i've generally worn a pair of underwear. (Not my "going out" underwear, though. I just use the old ones where the elastics are pretty much kaput. They won't stay up when i'm standing up.....but they usually stay on when i'm asleep.)

Here's a clue for you, I wear the same thing when I take my shower :-) Nothing at all.. in the summer. I will wear a gown in the winter or if we have guests staying at the house, but I think clothes are restrictive when you are sleeping. If we were meant to be comfortable in clothes we would be born with them on, and they would grow and evolve with the current fashion or our varous sizes, and styles.
Nekkid is beautiful, natural, and free!

Hunni, i have stolen most of freds boxer shorts and i just throw a tank top with them since i am the queen of tank tops....comfy

i prefer undies only, but for that "what if" metality i throw on a tee.
You know "what if something happens" ie robbery, earthquake, emergency.
