How do I burn a CD-RW on a MAC?

I burned my AI CS2 file onto a CDRW on a MAC. I dont use MACs so Im lost when it comes to this. I am frustrated because i want to write over that file which is a project for class, but it says that the CD can not be modified.. Whats up? What can I do? What am I doing wrong? What am I not doing? SOMEONE HELP! lol

Use Disk Utility found in the utilities folder. Select the disk image on the left column and choose the erase tab.

That is easy. The problem is finding that damn eject button. Why do they have to hide it like that?!
