The submarine in north San Fierro?
Well the fact is you CAN'T get on it, the purpose is to take
a snapshot of it with your camera! (Although you can enjoy watching it! 'Cause in gta vice city, there was a submarine under
the sea, but you couldn't watch it clearly!)
