because of your do or die attitude, failure is not an option, full steam ahead! Or maybe its all that caffeine.

You have to try it in case it's not futile after all. People have a need to be sure of things. At least this way you'll know you tried.
Maybe next time, when you're doing something else that seems futile at first, your experience from THIS time will help you get more ahead until finally, you are fruitful in your attempts!
And uhhh, good luck.

You aren't. It's the viewpoint of those watching you. So who cares? Maybe it will not be futile after all! I say "GO FOR IT" futile or not! Think outside the box!

HERE IS THE BASIC SCIENTIFIC EQUATION FOR WEIGHT LOSS(WITH A FEW FOOTNOTES). YOU MUST EXPEND MORE THAN YOU TAKE IN. WITH THAT SAID, YOUR CALORIC INTAKE MUST INCLUDE THE NUTRIENTS AND VITAMINS THAT YOUR BODY REQUIRES. THE EXERCISE YOU DO MUST BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN. CALORIES ARE HIDDEN IN EVERYTHING. SUGAR IS BAD, AND BREADS CONVERT TO SUGARS, AND HIDDEN STUFF LIKE THAT. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. ALSO, IT ISN'T JUST ABOUT CHANGING WHAT YOU EAT, AND EXERCISING. IT'S ABOUT LIFESTYLE CHANGE. THAT IS NOT AN EASY THING TO DO. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'VE LIVED THAT WAY FOR A LONG TIME. SO TAKE ALL THIS INTO CONSIDERATION, AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND OVER EATERS ANONYMOUS. IT'S MUCH MORE THAN JUST NOT OVER-EATING. THAT'S JUST WHAT GETS YOU THERE. IT'S ABOUT CHANGING YOUR LIFE. AND IT WORKS. GOOD LUCK.
