Saturday we purchased a living room set and a dining room table. We have since decided that we should have waited to purchase these items until we are out of debt. Seeing that we would have been getting into more debt.

We have not picked up the items. Can I just cancel the order? It's not scheduled for p/u until Aug 4.

Yes you can, just show up where you purchased it with your paper work and tell them you wish to cancel the order.

If nothing was a custom order I would think you could cancel the purchase. You probably have a sales contract/receipt, read the fine print. There may be some restocking charge but since nothing has been delivered it should just be a matter of paperwork. Contact the store.

It depends, the store may charge you a re-stocking fee, or they're nice and let you off the hook.

YES YOU CAN BUT IF IT WAS A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE AND YOU PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON IT YOU WILL MOST LIKELY LOOSE THE DOWN PAYMENT. YOU SHOULD CALL THEM UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THEY KNOW THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER INTRESTED
