by not working. i don't mean that you should not earn any money. all i am saying is that your job should not feel like a job. if you are very passionate, let's say, with cooking food. then you should be a chef for a top class restaurant. or better yet, start your own. the money will follow you passion.

I know this is going to sound trite, but you have to truly love what you do. It doesn't matter if you're a CEO of a major corporation or work sweeping streets. If your job gives you satisfaction, then your career is a success.
