vitamin c is water soluble and body does not store excess vitamin c it is just expelled out of the body through urine and sweat. taking it every day in required quantity ensures that you are never deficient of it. It improves your digestion. It gives a nice sheen to skin and hair. make you healthy and makes your look healthy too..

You do not need to take a pill just for vitamin C. Take a multivitamin, and that will give you your daily need. Also, drink orange juice.
