Pictochat?

Is there anything we can buy to be able to chat with people in US on Pictochat?...Or do we have to chat with others who are within so many feet of us?

we need to be at least 10 feet to do pictochat

PictoChat is not compatible with the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection, sorry.
