Both are 20 GB. I Compared them and it seems like they are both equal in everything. But, which one is and works better?

Iriver has the best sound quality, this is what ican tell u and i'm havng one right now, the 6GB one. I never used Zen before, but i think the sound quality can never compare with Iriver and the design sucks also..
Well, Iriver the program(loading songs into it) is not nice, troublesome comparing to Ipod; And it sometimes hangs, about once 1 month
