I would remain silent, same thing happened to me. I had a friend from middle shcool knew her 10 yrs kept trying to help her when she was done and she kept going back to her abusive situation. I finally said I'm sorry I love u and feel sorry for ur kids have a nice life and I cant take this anymore.

Is the misunderstanding about something that can't be repaired? Depending how deep the problem is would depend on whether you feel your relationship is salvagable. Everyone makes mistakes, and even if you tr eated her like family I think it may be worth the effort to extend your hand one more time in friendship. I would never turn a real friend away, and if for any reason she turned you down then your conscience would be clear. Good luck.

Yes,my friends are my extended family and I don't know why I confided them all my problems and secrets as I trusted them without giving the benefit of the doubt! Misunderstanding adds color to your friendship and always ended into more closer relationship as you know already the prones and consequences! It sounds like you have an urge to reconcile with her and miss her! Am I right! I have same personality with you that I always swallow my pride just to fix everything! How I wish I could have a friend like you! What are you waiting for?Go on,call her or visit her and start having fun and considered nothings happened before! Good luck!

Love does not keep count. However, if your so-called friend is expecting something different to happen even after many repeated times doing it… it is a sign of insanity. You repeatedly taking her back as an active friend expecting her to be different is indication of insanity too. You can love her from afar. You can drown trying to save her also. She probably needs to lose all before she gets desperate enough to genuinely reach out for help.

If you have treated like a family member then i guess you can accept her for who she is. I know you miss her so why not go ahead and be friends again. forgive and forget.
