i need a bit of help on how to get him to where he sets all the rox in the air and u hav to jump, swing, and use the walls to get 2 him and having a large percent of life left, and at least 3 sands.

Well here's my strategy:
First walk up a pillar & jump to a platform.
If you've noticed, he throws some kind of yellow poison...
You have to wait for the poison & then jump to the platforms.
Then you've gotta be careful about jumping bars, because
if you get hit by the poison,while hanging a bar ,you'll fall down!
So the formula is :"Watch for the yellow poisons & THEN jump!"
At last when you encounter the Vizer,press the stealth button
(I don't know in which platform you're playing PoP3..)
And hit Hardly the attack button...That will finish him!
After that you'll have another boss...I won't tell you who he is...
