For those who attended/attending an Ivy League College: How did you manage time, and how hard is it to get in?

I am fourteen years old, and I want to get into a good college. Please help me organize my time in highschool. What sports did you do? What school competitions did you enter? Did you organize a club? What clubs did you do?etc

I never did much in the way of extracurriculars. I never played any sports. I was in band and quiz team (an officer in both) and I acted in a couple school plays. That's it. 1510 on my SATs (on the old scoring system.), which was only slightly above average for the ivies I looked at.

I got a full scholoarship. I know people much more qualified than me who payed full price or got rejected entirely. In other words, the admissions offices are clearly full of it. Just do what you're passionate about, get the bet grades you can, and hope you get lucky.
