Your last question makes me glad I didn't waste my time with this film. If you really like horror films, you can do better.

It sucked! When it started out, I though I had the wrong movie because it was like watching porn! Then, after 30-45 minutes of "porn", when it was supposed to be scary, it just got stupid. The sceens were too dark to really see anything that was going on. The whole point of how or why that old guy sought out the 3 Americans was lost. Maybe I just didn't "get it."

It was going well but after all the nudity, it really needed more gore to be terrifying. They should have kept going sexual and turned the killers into perverts rather than sadists. I'm thinking 8mm snuff films. That would have made for some horrifying kinky stuff.
