Depends on where you live. Mine (it wasn't contested) had to be on the dockets for 90 days, in Kansas.
All you do is Google "How long does it take to get a divorce in [the state you live in]" or call an attorney, or the courthouse.

It really depends on if there is any arguments or discussion. I filed for divorce in April and it was final in August. We had two kids but we did not fight over anything.

it depends on what state you live in mine took about 3 months but also it takes longer if you have a custody of children, property or other things to deal with.

they take all different sort of times. you have to get all the papers signed. they get approved. and you make settlements on the house or kids if you have any.
