Pujols will lead the league in Home Runs come the end of the season.

"The cardinals have the best home-run hitting stadium" - what are you talking about? The stadium is to new to determine if it's a hitters or a pitchers park. Pujols has 17 homeruns away and 16 at home.

Pujols has played 83 games and has 33 homeruns.
Ortiz has 99 games and has 34 homeruns
Howard has 96 games with 32 homeruns.

Pujols had 25 homeruns before he was injured from June 4 to the 22 and it took someone (which was Howard) almost 20 days to tie his record. And then Pujols came back.

Ortiz had 15 before and 21 after. He caught up by 6 homeruns while Pujols was away.

Howard had 19 before and 25 after. He caught up by 6 homeruns too

So the point to this is to show how it took Ortiz and Howard 2 1/2 weeks with Pujols out to tie him in homeruns. Just imagine if he never got injured.

Pujols/Howard neck and neck down the stretch in the NL
Ortiz in the AL

Papi will probably be the league leader in both HR and RBI (and even though I used to agree DH should not be MVP, he should definitely be the MVP if he continues posting numbers at this rate)

it will be big pappe, pujols or howard... The cardinals have the best home-run hitting stadium, i dont think ryan howard can keep up with pujols and ortiz. and the red sox and the cardinals are going to keep on rollin

i would go with pujols all the way
he will most likely be mvp to

I think Pujols has a chance at leading the NL, his only big threat in my opinion is Ryan Howard.

Ryan Howard will lead the league in Homeruns. Ryan Howard is the Ultimate, and I don't live in Philly.
