You should have your friend go talk to a psychiatrist. If she is over 18 and you call 911 the ambulance crew can not make her go to the ER. If she is under 18 and you tell her parents then her parents can make her go to the ER. If nothing else have her drink plenty of water, or powerade due to the dehydration. She will just have to wait for the laxatives to go through her system to get rid of the stomach ache.

Laxitives can cause some serious stomach cramps. It's very hard to overdose on laxitives. Her biggest concern would be dehydration at this point. How old is she? If she's under 18 maybe you should talk to her parents. Or if she's over 18 and you know her parents maybe you should discuss it with them anyway. Discuss with her the dangers of her disorder. Ask her if she'd like for you to help her find a doctor or psychologist. Be there for her, Listen to her, be her shoulder to cry on, give her confidence boosts. Just be her friend.

call an emergency line somewhere and ask them if this can do permanent damage. then decide if you need to call an ambulance. after that tell your friend that if she doesnt get help you cant deal with her issues. bulimia can leave lasting damage in the body and it isnt fair that she is putting all of this on you. she needs help.
