There are plenty of reasons to like both Pro and College football. However unlike pro football, there aren't as many prima donna players that are promoting themselves over their teams. In College it's all about the School and the team, not the player. And yes while there are mega star College players that are household names, it's the players that won't make it to the next level that work hard and study hard to promote the school they play for. Also in College you never know what's going to happen at any game. With the exception of the Elite teams playing smaller out manned division 2 or small division 1 teams, you're never guaranteed a win or even a blowout win anymore. With Pro ball, it's more about the star players, the big names, the big contracts. One player can make a difference on a team, for example T.O. with Philly. when he left, they went downhill fast. And a lot of players in pro ball think they deserve more money than what they are worth so they hold out and don't play as hard. And it shows on the field. And unlike college ball where you have fierce interstate or conference rivalries scheduled every year, the NFL has done it's best, thanks to realigning the divisions, to downplay some team rivalries. Free agency doesn't really help either since you might have a player you love on your team this year and next year he plays for the team you hate with a passion. That always takes the heat out of a rivalry game for fans. That's my take.

I like the college game better because they still have teams. With "free agency" no one can hold a club together very long, and the old rivalries just aren't what they used to be. I like games that are played (1) outdoors, (2) in the afternoon, and (3) on grass.

As a spectator, NOTHING is better than college football. The support of the team, the pure hatred of your rival, if you go to one of the major colleges (Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida State, etc.) you'll know how important your schools team is. Nothing ranks above college football, not even your girlfriend/boyfriend.

Go Sooners.

From a betting perspective, I would say Pro ball is better just for the simple fact that you don't face 30+ point spreads like you do in college ball.

I like watching both...I love watching the Raiders play, even when they lose...but college is exciting too, they seem to play with more heart then the pro's sometimes, because they play cause they love the game, most pro's now-a-days play because the money...but overall i rather watch the raiders play over any college ball game

College is better because its more exciting. Greater come-backs and more exhilerating. NFL, once a team is down 3 TD's, its pretty much over. Yeah you can find a few instances where you can proove me wrong but NcaaF i can find a bunch more instances.
