Depends on why you are going there. You could be going for a job interview or to pick up brochures on new IRS laws. Or you could be being audited, at which time you will not be afraid if you've followed the laws at income tax filing time. If you haven't followed the laws, it could be really scary. But I've known people who have owed many $$$ to the IRS after an audit, and they set up a payment plan for it to be repaid. Here's what I find that's scarier than entering an IRS office---going to a CCU of a hospital in the middle of the night and see your son in a coma because of an attempted suicide. He has a ventilator to breathe for him, 6 IVs to pump different fluids through him to cleanse his body of the huge amount of prescription drugs, all kinds of monitors counting every breath the ventilator breathes for him, a neurosurgeon and the team of doctors tell you he probably isn't going to make it and appears to be brain dead and if I need to to go call relatives now would be a good time. That happened to me recently and it was the scariest thing that's ever happened to me. By a miracle from God, he came out of the coma in 4 days and with no brain damage of any kind, another miracle. Nobody has ever lived after taking the amount that was in his body. The doctors can't figure it out, but I kept telling them God performs miracles every day and if God isn't done with him yet, He will fix him. And He did. I say thank you God every day, and so does my son who is so thankful to be alive!~~~
