Some odors stay, some go away with time. Some take a little longer to go away. It is very specific depending on what's caused the odor. If you want to find out if the odor will stay or go away, ask an expert in the area of whatever has caused the odor.

depends on where they are. some odors are imbedded in the fibers of carpets and drapery and even wood and sometimes these things have to be, totally, replaced.
