I personally use baby wipes and wipe from front to back. the reason i use baby wipes is because I'm grappling 5-6 days a week, and those who have grapple before know, it isn't nothing nice to have someones smelly *** in your face. plus I'm sure it could help on your brown streaks, if that's your problem!!!

Front to back and it should be that way no matter what sex you are...All kinds of infections can start from wiping the other way

Hi....the answer is that you wipe from front to back (for females), for men it is not as much of an issue. the bowel carries alot of bacteria, and you do not want that in the vaginal area. you can get a rather nasty infection (even a bladder infection). ask any hospital lab (they have specific instructions for this) or your local county health nurse.
hope this helps.............wh

it will be both unhealthy for a male nor a female to wipe off from back to front... this sometimes leads to unirary tract infection for females and may cause prostrate cancer for males.. their are lots of virus and bacteries from our rectum that might cause contamination or infection of our sex organ.. it is highly recommended by physician to have it from back to front and sometimes it would be better as well to use wet wipe so not to hurt or irritate the surrounding tissue / skin of our rectum...

Neither... I get one of those air spray canisters (like the ones for blowing out your keyboard) and I just blast my soiled balloon-knot until the dingleberries fly off.
Then, to make sure it's good and clean, I take a shower once every four months whether I need it or not...
