i have this memory of a scene but cant figure it out. i thought it was from the first nightmare on elm street but now whenever i see it the part i remember isnt in it. what i remember is a guy on his waterbed and the sheet somehow get ripped off and then up floats a naked girl, then i thought she turns to freddy and then he comes out of the bed and sucks him in. i thought it was in that movie because i know that johnny depp is killed on his waterbed and he fell asleep watching a beauty pagent which then would make sense with the girl in the bed but like i said i never see it when it comes on even the movie channels. my boyfriend also has a memory of a waterbed that is clear but had fish in it and the person laying on it gets killed. please help us remember this is driving me crazy! :) thanx

I think you might be mixing up 2 Nightmare films.
Yes, Johnny Depp was killed in the orignal on the bed
BUT I think it was Elm Street 5 Joey *the mute kid* fell asleep and dreamt this naked girl/mermaid came out of his waterbed and tried to seduce him. Of course it was Freddy, he killed Joey and his body was found inside the waterbed with fish

This is from 'Nightmare on Elm Street' and yes, it was Johnny Depp. He fell asleep on the waterbed and was killed by Freddy. It won't be shown on tv because of the nudity and blood. It was also Johnny Depp's first acting role.

the answer is nightmare on elm street 4 the dream master. (joey the silent one from the 3rd one, the the dream warriors) is on his waterbed and the lady from his poster comes up to him from underneath, she then swims away and freddy comes up saying something like "how's this for a sweet dream" then kills him. it's also the second death in the movie. i have the whole box set. rent it and you'll see that i'm right. it is alot like glen's (johnny depp) death from the first one.

From the sound of it, it is johnny depp who get sucked into the bloddy bed in the freddy movie. I think its the first movie but I'm not sure. I only saw it once a while back but I remember that cause of all the blood rising onto the roof like a big stream of water. Maybe it just seems different cause you only remember certain detail. But from what your describing thats definitly it. The part of the girl was also in that movie but in a different part, I think before johnny. I also think that freddy is like in the clear water bed. I'm not really sure but the water bed does kind of ring a bell.

That is what I remember on Nightmare is the water bed scene. I can't remember if there is a girl in it or not but I do know he gets killed in the water bed. I can't think of another movie with a scene in it like that.

im pretty sure it was nightmare on elm st. the girl was naked thats why you wouldnt see it on tv.
