try doing situps, and also do some crunches and side situps. They work. You will be exhausted and sore, but the outcome is waaaay worth it.

I'm 14 and have the same exact problem. This summer I wanted to lose some weight but after trying everything I gave up. i tried to cut down on my food and I tried to eat earlier in the day so I would have more time to burn off calories. Everyday I exercised for an hour to an hour and a half and in about 2 weeks I had lost 12 pounds. After that I began to excersise 3 days a week and I was still cutting down on food. I've almost lost 20 pound in 4 weeks.

Hi,
Sometimes its not "what" you eat, but rather "how much" of it you eat....look at labels. make this a habbit...sometimes things are labled "healthy" or "low fat" and the serving size wouldnt satisfy a rodent.
If that doesnt work, you may concider a low carbohydrate diet (such as the South Beach diet). personally,I lost about 50# over the course of a year. just keep trying....sometimes when I diet, and want to see imediate results, I get frustrated and give up. dont give up.sometimes we dont loose the weight at the same time we loose the inches.
I hope this helped.....good luck!!

For 5' a girl should weigh around 100 pounds. Add 5 pounds for every inch after that. A good habbit to get into is do 10 crunches before you even get out of bed. Gradually increase the number you do everyday. Eventually you should be able to tone your tummy.

they're issues that could basically be chanced on after thousands and thousands of trials. and of path, strict limit should be in place. even with the undeniable fact that, because of the fact the inspiration of technology is often changing by using new discoveries, we could even have sympathy to the drug employer as properly. they do no longer look to be miracle makers, they only attempt to make income via merchandising some thing that they "think of" could help individuals. think of the international devoid of antibiotics and different medicine, how a lot of human beings could could die? If we agree that technology can get replaced, the drug employer won't have an excuse of increasing medicine expenditures because of the fact of regulation experience.additionally if we glance on the different section that has used the socialist device it has slowed down and did no longer stay as much as its Utopian promise. No device is proper yet open and loose industry is the superb accessible.

You might want to consider a diet. Soemtimes certain diets dont' work from everybody. Before you decide to lose weight, consult you doctor. He/she will be able to create a diet that will work for your body, without any side effects or weight increase. You probably only need to lose 10-20 pounds. Don't fall for weight loss advertisements. And consider developing your abs, and other muscle groups. When you develop muscles, they speed up your metabolism.

Start paying attention to the times of day that you eat. Make sure that you are not eating after 8pm at night. When you do eat in the evening make sure it is Protein as it will cause your body to work harder to put it to use. No matter what absolutely no carbs at night.

Whatever you do, don't starve yourself that will kill your metabolism. Make sure you are eating several small meals throughout your day. Snack on foods that are low in fat, particularly Trans Fat. In addition make sure you are getting plenty of calcium as that will benefit your body and your bones. Believe it or not, this will help with weight control.

One last thing. Make sure your exercise routine includes resistance training. Resistance training helps increase your metabolism and increases your standing heart rate.

This may just be excess baby fat, don't get too heavy into dieting, your body is still growing and developing, you need all the nutrients you can afford. Eat healthy, but by all means eat, and begin exercising regularly, if you are not already doing so.

watch your calorie intake (but don't do anything drastic) and try some new exercises. I took up bellydancing to lose my gut, and it works pretty well, and *perk* I can do this really cool snake undulation with my abs. You ought to look into it, but in the mean time, don't stress, huh? Not everyone is meant to be a teeny little size two. We need a little variation.

Make sure you are watching your caloric intake and drink LOTS of water. Also, keep up the exercise. Talk to your doctor if you are still concerned because weight could be linked to a medical condition that dieting cannot control.
