Well i like wearing all three items but i much prefer the movement of skirts to the constrictions of jeans or shorts.

jeans, I think - the most comfortable and universal wear.
I like skirts but somehow don't have an opportunity to wear them often.
shorts is an acceptable piece only at home or somewhere in the beach... very unformal that is. Otherwise, u have to be a teenager to wear shorts everywhere. I think ladies in their late twenties and elder wearing shorts as a normal outfit look odd and awkward.
Of course, it's my personal perception.

Either jeans or a skirt. Both are comfortable.

I prefer to wear jeans. simply because you can wear jeans causaly or you can wear them dressed up. They are just right for any occasion. And are so comfortable.

tie between jeans and skirts..but leaning toward jeans b/c they're more casual

I love wearing a skirt. All my husband has to do is just rub his hands up it. There is no buttons or zippers to undo.
