Why are you comparing yourself to someone else? Is this a competition? Everyone has their own reasons for the questions they answer and skip. Don't take it personally. Also, questions come up so fast that it's easy to miss some.

I like my dog's name - Toby.

You don't have to be so rude. You want to know what the problem is? You're writing style. I know what category this is in, however, you appear to be whining because someone else got more answers to their "name my pet" question than you did. I didn't see your original question. To ask people why that is is simply pointless. Like I said, everyone has their own reasons. I don't think you'll find much consensus, unless it revolves around the fact that you are rude.

I only gave an example of the name of a pet to try to be helpful since you appear to take the lack of responses you get personally. And, as a result, you ridicule me. What a charming personality you have...

Here's a little piece of advice. If you want more responses, try treating people with respect. You may know exactly what you mean, but things often do not come across as intended in a written format. This shouldn't be a surprise to you. With an attitude like yours, I can see why someone else would get more responses to a question than you do.

Good luck to you in your search for the perfect answer.

Thank you for your last response. I appreciate the sincerity of your reply. I harbor no hard feelings over this. And, I don't intend to berate you over the e-mail. In fact, for my part, I apologize if I hurt your feelings. I was too harsh. I simply felt I had to say my piece after your earlier response. You are very kind to offer up the 10 points. Thank you.

I am sorry you did not get many responses along the lines you were looking for. However, I am glad you found some cute responses that you enjoyed, even if it wasn't in line with the intention of your survey. Thank you again for your reply and explanation. Best wishes always.

~Tracy

Dude, i've asked questions that only got TWO answers. It's just how fast your question rotates. If it reaches more people of interest, then you get more answers. Don't think of it as a conspiracy against dogs, male avatars, and names. It's just the way it is.
