HYGROSCOPIC WATER MOLECULE. Suppose, you are drying moisture on a soil particle by shade drying. After some times, the moisture evaporates. But, a thin layer of invisible moisture in vapour form exists on the surface of the soil particle. This cannot be separated by the shade drying. This is not available to plant that are growing on the soil. This water is called the HYGROSCOPIC WATER.

Two H's and one O. (one molecule)
And by the way, a mole and a molecule and not the same thing (in case you thought they were). A mole is 6.02 x 10^23 molecules.
