Casting calls are never posted online, the ones you see online only want your money. Casting directors communicate with talent agents, they don't post auditons online.

You can find auditions in your local newspaper, usually in the section about theater and film. If you live in a large city (Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, Miami, or other large city), there are industry newspapers that post auditions.

Call the theaters in your city and ask to speak to the casting director. Ask, him, or her, where you can get a list of auditions your city.

You will never get a break looking online! Scams only.
The more you perform, the more likely you are to be seen by an agent in your city. Keep auditioning.

You can look at the casting notices on Actorsequity.org. However, I'd tend to avoid looking for the "big break" and operate on the assumption that you are more likely to find a series of small ones that will lead you somewhere.

well i am in the same spot you are right now, my dream is to become a star in the next year, but that is highly unlikely, but you need a head shot (photo), resume, and after that an agent! believe me I can relate and i am in the same position you are in, i have been doing alot of research though, trying to make it big, already been in a commercial, a television program, and a cd

Well if you even want a chance at a big break, shouldn't you find a decent agent first that will help you with those questions?
