Get dressed in a nice work uniform and go to an ok neighborhood.
Go to the first house knock on the door take two steps back and when the person comes to the door say something like this "Hello, I am John with John's window cleaning. We are expanding in this area and I would like to demonstrate our service for you. I will clean your outside windows, take care of the plants, etc... and all at no charge to you. I don't want anything but just to demonstrate our services to you..." Be well spoken.
Then do a GREAT job. Do a job that is fast and better then they have ever seen. And after you are done then ask for the neighbors names on either side and do the same for them.
After the third client then go to the fourth house and let them know that you have done the windows for Mrs. Black, Mrs. White, and Mrs. Green(use their names) and that you are in the area and will also do their windows for $50 (or whatever you charge, find out what a normal charge is)
Now you can do anything lawn mowing, car detailing, dog walking, snow shoveling, leaf raking, litter collecting, whatever... If you do this make sure that you go above and beyond and you are faster then your competion. Be 40% better then anyone else and you will have no competion. Remember all of you customers are "repeat" customers so get names and check back on a regular basis. I have known of people that started about your age and by the time they were 16 they were making well over 100k per year. Just make sure that you do a better job then anyone else.
I hope this helps.

ASIDE from your allowance (if you get one for doing your regular chores)....Ask your neighbors if they need help with anything.
Also family..like...washing cars...cleaning windows...cleaning out a garage...cleaning a flower bed...spray washing the house...giving a dog a bath...walking a dog for someone...taking out the trash...helping someone that can't do things on their own..(of course.this should be voluntary...but chances are..they will want to compensate you for your good deed..it's up to you as to whether you accept it or do for them out of kindness).
I'm out of ideas........just ASK EVERYONE.... "Do you have any jobs or errands you need done? I'm trying to make some extra money...maybe tell them what for.."
GOOD LUCK !!
BY THE WAY..........THERE'S REALLY "NO EASY WAY" TO MAKE MONEY...YOU HAVE TO "WORK" FOR IT !!
YOU'LL FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT TOO..KNOWING YOU EARNED WHAT YOU GOT.
AGAIN..............GOOD LUCK !!!!!!
