Because the women you know who do that aren't yet mature enough for a relationship, or perhaps you aren't if they are mad because you are not a responsible significant other.

Its a good question and I think it is because women are conditioned to bit.ch and us guys are trained to make things happen. Women are weak creatures so they have to bit.ch or use their female goods to make us make things happen.

bc we have insecurites and sometimes we want attention and someone to make it all better when there really isnt anything wrong... as a woman i do it all the time... im married and it works everytime bc you guys always give in! ;)
